Cancellation Policy

I really appreciate your custom at Michelle Hope Hair, and I do understand that sometimes you may have to change or cancel an appointment.

I ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Charges will apply if appointments are moved or cancelled within this period.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your appointment will be charged if you:

• Are booking online
• Are booking a colour or technical appointment.
• You are a new client.
• Missed your last appointment with me.
• In some circumstances full pre-payment may be required to secure the booking.

ONLINE BOOKINGS

A deposit of 50% of the total value of your appointment will be charged when you make an online booking. The deposit paid will be deducted from your total bill on payment. You can cancel or change your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your visit.

Deposits (taken in the salon) will be fully refunded if an amendment or cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Payment will be refunded directly to payment card at time of booking within approximately 5 business days and any cash deposit will be refunded immediately in person.

If you fail to adhere to this cancellation policy at the time of online booking and confirmation email, the deposit will not be refunded, and the remaining cost of the appointment will be charged.

No show appointments will be charged at 100% and no deposit will be refunded.

Appointment reminders are sent via text message 48 hours prior to your visit. If you need to amend or cancel, please give me a call on 07703 687129 or email. If I are unable to take your call, please leave a voice message with your details.

I will do our best not to re-arrange your appointment and to run on time, I really appreciate you doing the same. If you are running late, I will do my best to fit you in, but I may not be able to provide the full service or treatment. I know these policies may be frustrating for clients who must cancel at short notice for genuine reasons, but unfortunately missed and late appointments have a detrimental effect on my income, other clients, and my business.

Thank you for your co-operation.
Michelle Hope
